Little Chelsie Renae Lister was the 1993 New Year’s Baby for Clinton after appearing at 2:40 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 2, 1993, to be the first baby born in Clinton for the new year. She was shown resting with proud mom, Cassandra Lister of Clinton.
Chelsie weighed 5 pounds, 1 ounce and was 18½ inches long at birth. Her grandmother is Mrs. Joan Hester of Clinton.
