Why is it Clinton seems to have no standards for vehicle modified exhaust? We have diesel pickups running straight pipes that are loud and very annoying.
We have cars doing the same. The most obnoxious are the Harley motor bikes. E. Opal, Modelle, 13th Street and 16th Street are like super speedways. And they sound like drag strips. It starts at 4:30 a.m. and runs until midnight.
