Voters will decide on State Question 814 when they go to the polls on Nov. 3.
If passed, money from the Tobacco Settlement Endowment Trust (TSET) will be used to get $9 from the federal government for every dollar the state puts in.
SQ 814 seeks to amend the portion of the Oklahoma Constitution that says where the proceeds from the state’s settlements from tobacco companies can be used.
