Compassion was on display during Tuesday night’s Clinton City Council meeting when a property owner was granted an extension to rehabilitate a property previously condemned.
Henry Caldwell originally had four properties targeted for condemnation. June 3 was the deadline issued by the council to have all four properties improved.
