Charges have been brought against Tony Alan Graham, 64, of Clinton, after an alleged attack put another man in the hospital with a fractured orbital bone.
At 12:40 a.m. Sept. 4, officers with the Clinton Police Department were dispatched to a Fourth Street residence in reference to an alleged assault, according to an affidavit of probable cause by Ofc. James Norris.
