There will be no Friday edition of the Clinton Daily News due to the Juneteenth holiday.
Juneteenth, June 19, is recognized as a federal holiday celebrating the emancipation of slaves, and that means the U.S. Postal Service, the newspaper’s chief distribution source, will not be delivering mail to residents.
The will resume its publication schedule with Saturday’s weekend edition.
