Fred Stehr was scheduled to be presented a Quilt of Valor earlier but was unable to attend the ceremony due to illness. He was presented the quilt recently at the hospital and is seen here beaming with pride. Stehr served in the U.S. Army. The quilt was pieced by Monica Kirby and was quilted by Catherine Hladik.
