A Weatherford man is facing charges after reports of a disturbance led to the discovery of an alleged assault.
Weatherford Police Department dispatch advised of a disturbance around 3:13 a.m. on Jan. 31 on Berry Avenue in Weatherford. Patrolman Ty Scherman responded to the call and made contact with Richard Euel Boivin Jr., 38, of Weatherford, upon his arrival.
