After an executive session which lasted 17 minutes, the Clinton Regional Hospital Authority unanimously approved a motion to enter the impending lawsuit with the City of Clinton against Rural Health Solutions and 3rd Avenue West.
The move was not discussed publicly, with officials being unable to comment at the time of Tuesday’s meeting.
