At Tuesday night’s meeting of the Clinton City Council, officials reviewed and approved the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department contract for the Route 66 Commission Grant Project, which will allow for the revitalization of the firehouse. The grant is for up to $656,928 and will be awarded from the Oklahoma Route 66 Commission grant funds and is a reimbursement grant.
