Elk man sought for alleged bad check

A warrant has been issued for an Elk City man after he allegedly cashed a bogus check at Fast Cash, for a value of $1,174.39.

According to an affidavit of probable cause filed June 29 by Clinton Police Department’s Det. Calvin Ramirez, at 5:25 p.m. Sept. 24, 2025, Officer Michael Davis conducted a follow-up at Fast Cash in reference to a fraudulent check.
