Emmauel Ruiz, 29, of Clinton and a former Clinton Police officer, has been arrested based upon allegations of wrongdoing during his time on the police force.
Currently Ruiz is facing charges of embezzlement, perjury, and filing a false/forged instrument. He was arrested Wednesday by the Custer County Sheriff’s Office and booked into the Custer County Jail. He is out on a $10,000 bond and is schedul…
