Kendall Ray West, 40, of Clinton, has been arrested after allegedly throwing a knife at a friend, striking her in the head.
According to the affidavit of probable cause written by Clinton Police Officer Calvin Ramirez, officers were dispatched to Clinton Regional Hospital after 6 p.m. Oct. 14 in reference to a stabbing.
