Performed a trac stop in the 200 block of S. 5th St.; arrested 37-year-old subject on a Washita County warrant for driving under the influence of drugs, also arrested 35-year-old subject on a municipal warrant for failure to appear on original charge of failure to apply with compulsory insurance law.
