The Clinton Hospital Authority and 3rd Avenue West have agreed to reach a settlement in a civil lawsuit in regard to breach of contract and other claims. As of press time, the Clinton Daily News has not been able to reach the authority or Attorney Richard Mullins for comment as to the details.
The Administrative Closing Order was filed Nov. 24 and states, “If the parties have not reopened this case…
