Three individuals are being charged with forgery and conspiracy following a report of alleged fraud from Oklahoma Bank and Trust in Clinton.
Charged are Hunter Ray Erwin, 23, of Fort Cobb, Carlos Reyes, 48, of Clinton, and Kristi Van Allen, 51, of Clinton.
