Seeing his pickup backing out of the bank parking lot with another man behind the wheel, Jimmy Funk let instinct take over and jumped onto the flatbed of his F250 to try and stop the individual from stealing his ride.
The uninvited motorist was allegedly Joshua Ellis Cabaniss, 47, of Clinton. Cabaniss is facing charges of reckless driving and larceny of an automobile. Here is how the events unfolde…
