Warrants have been issued for the arrest of two local women after the pair was connected to two separate instances of vandalism through social media.
The first instance was reported on Nov. 30. Clinton Police Ofc. Tucker Stevens was dispatched to the scene around 11:57 a.m., where he spoke with the owner of the vehicle that had been damaged.
