CHS recognized for Oklahoma’s Promise efforts

Clinton High School was one of the seven Oklahoma high schools to be named “Oklahoma’s Promise 2025 State Champions,” which is a recognition for high schools in the state with the highest number of graduates who met the requirements to receive an Oklahoma’s Promise scholarship.

Creativity, passion lead Granger to help students create

Michele Granger has been helping her English students make the Clinton High school yearbook for nine years in a row and doesn’t want to stop now.Last year the yearbook for CHS was titled, “Make Your mark,” and for the 2025-2026 yearbook it is “Passport – Now Boarding Class of 2026.

Reach Higher Scholarships help adult learners finish degrees at SWOSU

The Reach Higher degree-finishing program at Southwestern Oklahoma State University (SWOSU) awarded more than $15,000 in Finish Line scholarships to 10 students enrolled in Reach Higher degree programs, with awards averaging just more than $1,500 per student.
