Encumbrance clerk sentenced for theft of federal funds

The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Rebecca Deanne Morehead, 55, of Locust Grove, was sentenced to one year and one day in prison for one count of theft or bribery concerning programs receiving federal funds.

An estimated 100 pounds of raw marijuana was confiscated by the Custer County Sheriff’s Office with the traffic stop on Interstate 40 in Clinton netting a California man with felony charges of trafficking illegal drugs.Arrested was Andrei Miguel Hickman Diago, 40, of Sebastpol, Cailf.
