Wildfire threatens Butler area

With a wildfire located 3.5 miles south of Butler and all indications the blaze was apparently headed straight for the town of an estimated 200 people, Custer County Emergency Management Director Hardy Sperle knew he had to make the necessary call Wednesday afternoon.
