The highlight of Tuesday’s City Council meeting came at the end, with a celebration for the recently retired Fire Chief Brett Russell.“Welcome all. Heavy dose of firefighters,” said Mayor David Berrong in opening the meeting, which was met with a few laughs throughout the room.
