New educators join Clinton Public Schools

The 2026-27 school year brings 22 new and returning teachers into the Clinton Public School system. With a combined 132 years of teaching experience and filling in positions from Pre-K up to the high school, Clinton students may find a new favorite teacher this year at their school site.

What superintendents say about upcoming State Question 844 vote

Oklahoma voters will decide Aug. 25 whether to allow the state to opt out of paying for one of its longest-running economic development programs — and school leaders in some of the state’s fastestgrow-ing local economies say the change could end up reducing funding for schools statewide.
