No charges filed in case of toddler being alive after declared dead

(AP) – No charges will be filed against the parents of an Arizona toddler who was declared dead after being found in a family pool but was breathing hours later at a hospital morgue.Gilbert police had recommended negligence charges.

Schools announce upcoming start dates

To the possible anxiety of school-age children and the delight of parents, school is set to resume throughout the area. The starting dates for the 2026-27 school year have been announced. Each area school site gave its start dates as well as additional information to consider.
