A notice recently went out to Clinton residents regarding local drinking water. According to the notice, the drinking water recently failed two requirements outlined for drinking water. Further, the notice states this was not an emergency, and both issues were quickly resolved.“Nothing was unsafe.

With students soon to be bringing their semester report cards home, comes the Oklahoma School Report Cards, via the Oklahoma State Department of Education, sent to all the school districts in the state which show Clinton Public Schools as an overall grade of D.

Domino purchases hospital

Clinton-based Domino Food and Fuel recently acquired the site of the old Purcell Municipal Hospital at a price point of $1.25 million.Domino received the approval in the last week of October, according to Director of Operations Dustin Kriezenbeck.
