Gov. Stitt to decide to spare inmate’s life before execution

Gov. Kevin Stitt has until tomorrow morning to decide whether to spare Tremane Wood’s life.The Oklahoma Pardon and Parole Board voted 3-2 last week to recommend clemency for Wood, who was sentenced to death for the 2002 murder of Ronald Wipf at an Oklahoma City motel during a robbery.
