Alleged assault suspect sought

A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Frankie Don Balderas, 38, of Newcastle, following an alleged assault on his girlfriend.Officers with the Clinton Police Department were dispatched around 4:27 a.m. March 17 to a S. 11th Street location in reference to a physical domestic.
