Reds finish second at Bethel tourney

BETHEL ACRES – Clinton suffered its first defeat of the season after a 64-20 loss to Bethel in the First United Bank Classic Saturday evening.

Clinton held tough through the first quarter, trailing 14-9.

Bethel outscored Clinton 23-6 in the second quarter.

Points were at a premium in the second half, as the Lady Reds were outscored 27-5 by the tourney hosts.
