Clinton head football coach John Higbee was named a finalist for The Oklahoman’s Coach of the Year, the publication announced Sunday.
Higbee guided the Red Tornadoes to the 17th gold ball in program history after a 35-0 trouncing of Tuttle in the Class 4A championship game Dec. 3.
