Greeting 1992 as Clinton’s New Year’s Baby was little Armando Rivera Ramos, born at Clinton Regional Hospital at 2:17 a.m. Jan. 1, 1992. He was shown with proud parents Mr. and Mrs. Eusebio Ramos, life-long Clinton residents.
