SHAWNEE – The Southwestern Oklahoma State women’s basketball team cruised to a 89-68 victory over Arkansas Tech in the Great American Conference Tournament finals Sunday.
SWOSU led 25-24 at halftime, before outscoring the Golden Suns 64-44 in the second half.
Makyra Tramble led all scorers with 22 points. Tramble tallied a team-best two steals and two blocks in the winning effort.
