Clinton track and field is hosting a discus and shot-put technique clinic, 1 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Sunday at the Clinton High School practice gym.
The cost is $20 and the only thing participants need to bring are tennis shoes. Crocs or Hey Dudes are not allowed.
