It’s time to reward good teachers

We are glad Oklahoma State Superintendent of Public Instruction Ryan Walters is thinking outside the box when it comes to rewarding the state’s best teachers.

Some have been quick to reject Walters’ incentive-based salary plan for teachers, but before we throw this idea out the window, it may be time to give serious consideration to his plan.
