• Nearly 270 youngsters attended the fifth annual Southwestern Oklahoma State University Middle School Band Camp on the Weatherford campus. The camp was designed specifically for students in grades sixth through eighth. Among those attending was Leslie Keeton, Jaretta Stehr, Amanda Cozart, Bourtai Hughes, Andrea Robben, Stephanie Keil and Stacia Welbourne, all of Clinton.
