Connie Ann Gass was born May 16, 1946 in Clinton, Oklahoma to Jessie Fern (Payne) Higgins and Elmo Robert Higgins. She passed peacefully at her home on August 30, 2024.
Connie grew up in Butler, Oklahoma and moved to Hammon during her high school years.
She graduated from Hammon High School in 1964, and continued to make Hammon her home until her death.
