Southwestern Oklahoma State University (SWOSU) announced the appointment of Dr.
Patsy Parker as interim provost and vice president for Academic Affairs, effective June 1, 2025.
Dr. Parker brings more than two decades of service to SWOSU and a record of leadership in higher education.
