An 18-year-old Fairview man lost his life in a drowning Sunday at Canton Lake.
According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, Samuel Memphis Williams, 18, of Fairview, was pronounced deceased after being recovered by emergency personnel at approximately 6:05 p.m. Sunday at Canton Lake. He was transported to the Oklahoma State Medical Examiner’s Office in Oklahoma City.
