Luis C. Perez, 35, of Arapaho, Oklahoma, passed away on Wednesday, May 7, 2025, in Hillsboro, Kansas. He was born on May 19, 1990, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, to Raul “Rudy” Perez and Karen Jean Perez.
Luis was raised in Arapaho and graduated from Arapaho High School in 2009.
During his school years, he was a standout athlete, excelling in basketball, baseball, and soccer, and was proud to be part of a state championship soccer team.
