Misdemeanor charges against Jah Malachi Banks have been dismissed by the District Court of Custer County.
Banks was arrested March 9 in Weatherford by the Weatherford Police Department for alleged charges of operating a motor vehicle while license suspended and removing/affixing license plate to motor vehicle with intent to conceal.
