Funeral service for William Roy Jones, Sr., 92, of Clinton, will be held on Wednesday, June 11th at 2:00 at the Freewill Baptist Church in Clinton.
He died Friday, June 6th at the River Valley Skilled Nursing and Therapy in Clinton.
Roy was born February 9, 1933, to Claude and Mattie (Baskett) Jones in Stafford, OK. He married Betty Lou Graves on July 1, 1954 and established their home in Clinton. He started his own construction company in 1960. He continued working with his sons in construction, as well as farming and ranching, until his retirement.
