Cecil Ray McKinney, age 77, longtime resident of Clinton, Oklahoma, passed away peacefully at his home on June 7, 2025, with his beloved wife Diane at his side. He was born on December 2, 1947, in Frederick, Oklahoma, to Kurtis Ray and Opal Nelda (Dean) McKinney.
Cecil was raised in Altus, where he graduated as a proud Bulldog from Altus High School in 1965.
He went on to attend the University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond. On September 3, 1985, he married the love of his life, Diane Paciorek, and together they built a warm and loving home in Clinton.
