Investigation continues in the death of a Foss man in an apparent pedestrian vs. vehicle accident early Saturday morning on Interstate 40, 2 miles west of Canute.
According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, Jacob A. Ledesma, 34, of Foss, was pronounced dead by Elk City EMS at 2:10 a.m. Saturday at the 45-mile marker in the eastbound lanes of I-40.
