Dillon Stoner, 34, of Clinton, has been arrested after a domestic disturbance that allegedly resulted in a strangulation.
According to the affidavit of probable cause written by Officer Brady Bridges, police were dispatched to the scene at approximately 8:19 p.m. Aug. 15 to the 500 block of N. 1st Street after receiving a call from the victim.
