The 99th annual Abraham Lincoln Shepherd Family Reunion was held Aug. 31.
According to Ginger Read of the Grover Cleveland “Cleve” Shepherd family, those listed in attendance are part of one family, although the last name is sometimes spelled “Shephard,” and various stories are told as to how the spelling went two ways.
