Even though it had a full roster, the Clinton Lady Reds volleyball team (210) fell to the Cache Lady Bulldogs in a sweep, 3-0 (25-10, 2523, 25-13).
For Coach Gabbie Parsons, she said even though the result was not what they wanted, there were aspects of the game they can build on for the rest of the year.
“Tonight gave us a lot to think about and build on going forward the rest of this season,” she said. “I saw moments where we pushed through tough spots, stayed together, and showed resilience even when the momentum wasn’t on our side. That speaks to the kind of team we are becoming — one that refuses to fold when things get hard.”
