With the playoffs two weeks away, the Clinton Red Tornadoes (4-4, 4-1) welcome in the defending Class 4A State Champion Elgin Owls (8-0, 5-0) to the Tornado Bowl for a 7 p.m. kickoff Friday night.
Clinton is coming off a 48-42 loss to Cache in double overtime, while Elgin won 56-0 over Douglass.
For Clinton’s acting head coach Gene Ray, he said his team knows how tough of a battle it has ahead of it with Elgin.
