Every high school athlete dreams of being able to move to the next level and play in college.
For Arapaho-Butler’s Rylan Moore, it became reality Tuesday, as he signed to play baseball for Redlands Community College in El Reno.
For Moore, he said he has been waiting for this moment to extend his baseball career since he can remember.
