Charges have been added to a previous sentence for a man who was recently arrested for copper theft from a windmill site after further investigation linked him to another burglary at the same location.
According to an affidavit of probable cause written by Det. Ray Hammons, this burglary was initially investigated Nov. 24 by Custer County Deputy Timmy Maines.
