A Weatherford woman is facing two felony counts of cruelty to animals after a Custer County deputy was alerted to the fact the owner’s dogs were allegedly left abandoned when she moved.
Charged is Ragan Ann Bone, 37, also referred to as “Ragan Patison” in the affidavit of probable cause filed by Deputy Ryan Hetherington of the Custer County Sheriff’s Office.
