Madelyn Irene Henry, 23, of Clinton, is facing charges after an alleged assault that left another woman in the hospital with a collapsed lung.
Detective Randy Dunegan of the Clinton Police Department began investigating the incident around 3:56 p.m. April 17 after being contacted by officers who informed him a woman was in the Weatherford Regional Hospital following a fight. That same day, Det.
Dunegan met with the victim at 4:45 p.m. in her hospital room, where she was sitting with another woman whose Clinton residence she had been visiting when the incident occurred, around 5 a.m. that morning.
